TriArrows Aluminum

TriArrows is one of the largest sheet aluminum manufacturers in the U.S. for packaging and automotive use. They wanted to build on that success with internal mission, vision and values work that reflected who they are now both as a company and as a team. Additionally they worked to develop a long-term plan for investors and build a platform for lobbying the state of Kentucky to enact an aluminum can recycling program.
