Kindred Healthcare offers post-acute services (skilled nursing, home care, hospice) across the U.S. They also offed a service where one ohone call could provide an RN who could help patients and families navigate the cimplications of these clinical setting, insurance and even arranging primary care appointments. But how do you make that serive feel human. How do you not pretend to replace families and friends. By showing that we know what it means to help and to receive it.
