Kindred Healthcare

Kindred Healthcare offers post-acute services (skilled nursing, home care, hospice) across the U.S. They also offered a service where one phone call could connect patients and families with an RN to help them navigate these clinical settings, insurance, and even arranging primary care appointments. But how do you make that service feel human? How do you avoid pretending to replace families and friends? We showed that we know what it means to help, and to receive it.
